Bring in your favorites and let us show you what we can do
- Bring your uncut T-shirts into the Studio and we can discuss what you'd like your T-Shirt Quilt to look like.
- Our T-shirt quilts aren't stretchy throws, but real quilts. We prepare each shirt with a woven stabilizer to keep it from stretching and then we can work with it like quilting cotton to create blocks. We add sashing fabrics around the blocks and borders, batting and backing, which is quilted and bound into a lasting memory quilt.
- We need a minimum of 4 shirts to make a wall hanging and the more shirts increase the size, but fewer shirts with more added fabric can be used to make it the size you need.
- Prices start at $30 per shirt block to make a completed quilt with a solid fabric back. Add $5/yard for print fabric back. Applique and combination pieced shirt blocks are $40 each.
- Turn around time is 2+ months. Plan early, especially if you're gifting it for a celebration.
- Deadline for Christmas is September 1.
