Until further notice during COVID Pandemic and until we deem it's safe to reopen, we are doing online orders with either curbside delivery or shipping. Orders placed before noon are usually ready the same day. Orders placed after noon will be ready for pick up next day.
After you place your curbside order and we have started on it, it will be marked in process. It is NOT ready for pick up at that time, but we have received your order. When your order is ready for pick up you will receive an email to pick up anytime between 12 noon and 4 pm, Tuesday - Saturday. If any item is not in stock or on order, we will contact you to see if you'd like to wait for it to arrive, substitute another item or receive a refund.
We have a Frequent Shopper Reward System. When you reach a total of $200 in purchase of regular-priced product, you will be eligible for $10 reward coupon that is good for 6 months. Please remind us at the register when you check out or use the reward coupon number at check out. Thank you for being a frequent shopper!
We do our best to serve you and deliver the best product we can for the best price. If you're not happy, we aren't happy. Please call us and let us know how we can better serve you. We do reserve the right to decline online sales in the event our system failed to update quantities available. Returns are not available on patterns/tools except for shipping errors and any cut items sent in our error. Any other unused and sealed item may be returned for refund, less shipping and a 10% handling fee, at our discretion.
