If any item is not in stock or on order, we will contact you to see if you'd like to wait for it to arrive, substitute another item or receive a refund. We have a Frequent Shopper Reward System. When you reach a total of $200 in the purchase of a regular-priced product, you will be eligible for a $10 reward coupon that is good for 6 months. Please remind us at the register when you check out or use the reward coupon number at check out. Thank you for being a frequent shopper! We do our best to serve you and deliver the best product we can for the best price. If you're not happy, we aren't happy. Please call us and let us know how we can better serve you. We do reserve the right to decline online sales in the event our system failed to update the quantities available. Returns are not available on patterns/tools or cut fabrics except for shipping errors or defective products. Please check your calendar before registering for classes. There are no refunds for missed classes, but we will refund if we have to cancel the class or the class doesn't have enough students to make. If you contact us 7 days before you will miss a shop-taught (no outside teacher) class, we will transfer you to the next available shop-taught class. Any product except for custom kits you purchase with a class is refundable if you do not take the class or you can choose to keep the product.
