SEW... how are ya'll?
We are still in the mask frenzy, but it looks like this 'new normal' may last a while, so we are going to be an on-line shop with a very personal touch.

Of course we all would rather touch and feel and see everything in person. That is why quilt shops exist. I've never liked just shopping online for my fabrics and projects. I love the interaction with friend/customers, quilt shop owners and personnel. We learn from each other, chat with each other and love what we do together.  I MISS YOU!

I want to offer that kind of experience even though we can't meet in the shop right now. I will post products we have and are ordering and you can ask questions by email or give me a call. I can pick out choices of blenders and text you some pictures.  Of course, you can peruse all the goodies on our website and pick out all the lovelies you can make.  Take a look at our patterns and books for new ideas.  If you're curious about a book I'll do a "Look Inside" for you with a few pictures.

Though you'll be getting more emails from us for a while, I will not bombard you daily with "deals you can't miss", but I'll visit you in your home like you are coming to the shop to see us and beautiful fabrics and fun notions.

We will open again, and we're going to get through this together.    And have some fun!
Starting Friday, April 10, for every product purchase of $50 or more with Curbside pick up gets a $5 coupon for your next purchase or free shipping.

These two panels are first. They are Pre-order online. When I saw them I loved them! If you pre-order by April 15, you will get a discount. Regular price when it arrives for as long as it's available.

56 x 77 Panel makes a great lap quilt on its own or bordered for a bigger quilt. It sends a great message to a friend, daughter or granddaughter... or to brighten your own day!
You can click the photo for more information and to order with a discount. Please email a comment or questions.

If you love it as is and want it quilted, order it and 3 1/3 yards your choice of backing and I will quilt it including batting for $100.  Binding extra.  Your order will go in the queue in order received.

Thank you for your support during this time.  We couldn't do it without you!

And... Rich is still sharpening, so bring in your scissors and other sharpening to
The Cutting Edge Precision Sharpening

And speaking of masks earlier, if you ordered laser-cut mask kits with stabilizer and haven't received it yet, the last of available stabilizer came in and went to the laser cutter.  As soon as we get it back, we will ship or contact you for pick up.  Thanks for your patience with this.  We had NO idea how many kits would be ordered.

We still have plenty of elastic and pipe cleaners if you need any of that.

We will also have about 30 laser-cut mask kits without stabilizer available, first come first serve.  You can order mask supplies by going to www.wimberleystitchstudio.com and put  mask  in the search bar.  We had some requests for camo-style fabric so we can get these guys to wear masks and it is in the  'mask' search, also.

Hundreds and hundreds of masks have been donated to hospitals, clinics, emergency services and other organizations in need.  The local quild is making masks for the school personnel who are still serving the kiddos lunches by bus and school packets.  Thank you for bringing so many donated masks to the Stitch Studio and they were so appreciated.  Thank you for making masks for your family, neighbors and friends.  It started breaking my heart as all the donation went out to the medical community and individuals were calling and coming by hoping we could provide masks for them.  I am continuing to make and donate so that we can provide for people who can't make or find any.  I am not charging for them, but taking donations to provide materials to make more.  Our community needs masks, too.  So as you continue to donate for our medical and emergency personnel, please make for others in our community, too.   And believe me, I know you are so tired of making masks.  And yet, we make more.  And now, our crochet community is making little bands with buttons so that the elastic can hook around the back of their heads and save their ears from the irritation.  All have amazing giving hearts.  I love you even more, you crafty, quilty people!
