Ready to make your own unique, one-of-a-kind quilted sneakers?
Choose your fabrics to reflect your personal style or make a statement! Then, in class it will include a full day of step-by-step instructions. You will cut and finish your quilted components, install eyelets, and use traditional shoemaking techniques to attach your beautiful, quilted uppers to high-quality sneaker soles. Items provided are pattern, needle, wax thread and setting tools.
Please make sure to bring a sack lunch, snacks and a drink!
8 student minimum or class will cancel with refund.

| Requirements: | Supplies to Bring *1/3 yard of quilted sandwich outer shoe fabric, Soft N Stable byAnnie, or Bosal In-R-Form in the middle, and inner shoe fabric. NOTE: If you plan on fussy cutting your placement, or you wear a size 41 or larger bring a ½ yard quilted sandwich instead. * Bias Binding, 2 yards (72” in length) precut at 1.75” wide; folded in half, wrong sides together and ironed. They can be 4 strips at least 20”- 25” in length each. *Sewing machine / foot pedal / power cord / bobbin / manual *Scissors for fabric *Matching thread for bias binding and bobbin *Flower Head Pins *Wonder clips for sewing binding *Thimble (to push needle) *Fabric marking pen or pencil (make sure you can see your markings on your fabric) *Fray Check *Stiletto *Sneaker laces 45” for lower and mid sneakers 60” for high top sneakers |
